21 business days. Or $500 back. Once your project is ready, the clock starts. If we miss the deadline for reasons within our control, you receive a $500 refund and we still finish the work.
Our promise
Your Baitti Sprint is scheduled for delivery within 21 business days from project readiness.
If we cause the deadline to be missed, you receive a $500 refund. The project continues until the agreed work is finished.
Client delays, requested scope changes and circumstances outside our control do not trigger the refund.
When the clock starts
Your project is ready once we have:
- Approved product images and required references
- Brand assets, packaging and product details
- Approved claims, offers and supplied-asset rights
- One designated decision-maker
- Signed agreement
- First $2,500 payment
If additional assets are required for your product, we’ll confirm them before production begins.
Feedback & delays
Send consolidated feedback within 48 hours of each review request.
If feedback, approvals or required assets arrive late, the timeline pauses until we receive what we need.
Any client-requested change that expands the agreed scope may require a revised timeline.
Concept approval
You review all six concepts before production.
If the concepts miss the written brief, we’ll replace up to two concepts once before production begins.
This is separate from the included post-production revision round.
