How Baitti Studio handles inquiry data, website analytics, client assets and service providers.
What we collect
We collect only the information needed to operate the site, respond to inquiries and deliver our services.
This may include:
- Your name, work email and business website
- Marketing opt-out preferences
- Limited technical data used for security and spam prevention
- Website analytics data, when you consent to analytics
Google Analytics and Meta Pixel may process device, cookie and network information when enabled. Inquiry details are excluded from analytics.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- Respond to inquiries and discuss projects
- Schedule calls through Cal.com
- Deliver our services
- Keep the website secure and available
- Measure website activity when you consent
We do not sell or rent your contact information.
Your brand assets
Client assets, product information, research and performance data are treated as confidential.
We do not submit private client assets or confidential information to public machine-learning models or shared training datasets.
Storage & deletion
Inquiry and lead records are deleted within 90 calendar days after initial discussions end, unless we need to retain them for an active project, legal obligation or legitimate business record.
Technical security logs are retained only as long as reasonably necessary.

We use selected providers to operate Baitti Studio:
- Vercel — website hosting
- Resend — email delivery
- Cal.com — scheduling
- Google Analytics — optional website analytics
- Meta Pixel — optional advertising analytics
- Upstash — security and opt-out storage
- Cloudflare Turnstile — spam protection, where enabled
- Notion — inquiry backup, where enabled
These providers may process limited information only as required to provide their services.
