What we collect

• Inquiry details: your name, work email, company website, monthly ad spend range and main product
• Opt-out requests: the email address you ask us to stop contacting
• Project materials you share with us, such as product assets and brand information
• Technical data, such as IP address and browser details, used for security and spam prevention
• Website analytics, unless you turn them off (see Cookies)

If you book a call, Cal.com collects the details you enter there.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to inquiries, schedule calls, deliver projects, honor opt-out requests, keep the site secure and measure website visits.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Cookies

Essential storage remembers your privacy choice and protects our forms from spam. The site needs it to work.

Analytics are on by default: Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Vercel Web Analytics. They may process cookie identifiers, browser details and network data. Vercel Web Analytics does not use analytics cookies.

Google and Meta receive this data and apply their own privacy policies.

We do not send your name, email address or form details to analytics.

Turn analytics off any time with Your privacy choices in the footer, or manage cookies in your browser. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out. Turning analytics off does not affect the site.

Booking a call takes you to Cal.com, where its own cookies and privacy policy apply.

Service providers

We use these providers to run the site and our business:

• Vercel: website hosting and Vercel Web Analytics
• Google Analytics: website analytics
• Meta Pixel: advertising analytics
• Resend: email delivery
• Cal.com: call booking
• Upstash: security, rate limiting and opt-out records
• Cloudflare Turnstile: spam protection

They process data to provide their services to us. Google and Meta also apply their own privacy policies.

Client materials

Client assets, product information and performance data are confidential. We use them only for your project.

We do not submit private client assets or confidential information to public AI models or shared training datasets.

Retention

We delete inquiry records within 90 calendar days after initial discussions end, unless we need them for an active project, a legal obligation or a legitimate business record.

We keep opt-out records so we can keep honoring them. Security logs are kept only as long as reasonably necessary.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data.

To make a request, use the privacy address: Show email. To stop marketing emails, use Do not contact. To turn off analytics, use Your privacy choices in the footer.
